About Kristin Robertson
Kristin is an executive coach, organizational change consultant and group facilitator who helps companies reduce operational costs, develop high potential employees, create productive teams and articulate their strategic goals. She thrives in collaborative partnerships with her clients in which she can help with organizational and personnel issues, process optimization, and strategic vision. As an executive coach, Kristin works with executives and high potential managers to increase their self-awareness and leadership effectiveness. She is a skilled group facilitator who leads executive offsite meetings using group exercises that increase teamwork, self-awareness and leadership effectiveness. She helps technical support centers plan for and implement Knowledge-Centered Support, a collaborative approach to knowledge management.
Kristin is a sought-after speaker and trainer for professional group meetings and conferences, and was on the faculty of the Help Desk Institute University for five years.
Her clients include Schneider Electric, Aflac, Hewlett-Packard, 7-Eleven, Southwest Airlines, AT&T, Federal Emergency Management Agency and Texas Children’s Hospital. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Kristin held corporate positions including director at Fidelity Investments, where she won the President’s Award in 1996, and Vice President of Client Services at Advent Software in Silicon Valley.
In her work as an executive coach and organizational change consultant, she draws on wisdom from many theories and schools of thought, including personality assessments such as Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and StrengthsFinders, 360o leadership assessments, Non-Violent Communication (NVC), Organization & Relationship Systems, Spiral Dynamics, Leadership Agility, Emotional Intelligence, Emotional Brain Training and others. She has completed over 160 hours of coach training and follows the Return on Investment Coaching program developed by Steinbrecher & Associates. Kristin is a trained spiritual director and provides direction at Texas Christian University’s Brite Divinity School as well as through her local church.

Kristin has published two books: Spectacular Support Centers, is an operational guidebook for support center managers, and her latest personal growth book, A Forgiveness Journal: Letting Go of the Past, helps people learn a process to forgive.
Kristin is also a prolific author of articles for both print and online media. She enjoys writing a monthly column called SL Spirit for Society Life Magazine and is a featured contributor to eZine Articles.com, SelfGrowth.com and Examiner.com, for which she is the Dallas Practical Spirituality Examiner. In August, 2009, she was a featured luminary on InspireMeToday.com.
Giving back to the community is important to Kristin…
Kristin serves her church as a member of the Leadership Advisory Team and Adult Religious Formation facilitator. In her local community, she is President of her homeowner’s association and participated in Leadership Colleyville in 2000-2001. She served on the board of directors of the Women’s Business Council – Southwest from 2002 to 2005. Ms. Robertson was a founding lay leader and the second President of the Board of Trustees of Pathways Church in Southlake, TX during its start-up period.
Kristin has served as President of the Dallas Association of Support Professionals (ASP) since 1998, when she revived the dormant chapter. In 2002, she helped merge the local ASP chapter with the Dallas-Fort Worth Help Desk Institute (HDI) chapter and served on the DFW HDI Board of Directors as Program Vice President, Membership Vice President and Vice President of Finance for nine years.
Kristin lives in North Texas with her husband and their poodle. Periodically, their two young adult children return from college to sleep, ask for money and do their laundry.
