Many times, your body will tell you where something is coming from - if you are tense, it probably is coming from ego. If I have shifted out of my "monkey mind" and settled into a knowingness, I trust what I receive. All of this is hard to explain because its beyond words, isn't it? If we believe that we carry a Divine essence inside of us, then all we have to do is tap into it and we receive wisdom. You are really on the right path! Courage! Blessings! Kristin Peggy,
If you were in meditation and really felt like you had released your ego-mind, what you were getting was pure wisdom. Many times, your body will tell you where something is coming from – if you are tense, it probably is coming from ego.
