Kristin Robertson has over a dozen year’s coaching experience and is expert in executive team and individual coaching.  Her team coaching has resulted in increased profitability of the organization, and individual coaching clients have enjoyed promotions and improved team performance.  She specializes in emotional intelligence, leadership and organizational savvy, and is experienced in building high performance company cultures.  She teaches leadership development, culture and communication skills through University of Texas at Dallas and at client companies.  Ms. Robertson’s practice is based on the principle that leaders make the biggest difference in a company’s culture and performance.  As the Gallup Organization says in the title of their latest book, “It’s the Manager: Gallup finds the quality of managers and team leaders is the single biggest factor in your organization's long-term success.”
  
Kristin has achieved the Professional Certified Coach credential granted by the International Coach Federation and completed two masters degrees, one in music performance and the other in Organizational Development and Leadership.
