About Kristin Robertson, President of 
Brio Leadership​

Kristin Robertson works with business leaders to get everything they want from their businesses. She is a trainer, executive coach and business consultant with a desire to help businesses change lives and make a positive dent in the universe.  She has over a dozen year’s coaching experience and is expert in executive team and individual coaching.  Her team coaching has resulted in increased profitability of the organization, and individual coaching clients have enjoyed promotions and improved team performance.  She specializes in emotional intelligence, leadership and organizational design, and is experienced in building high performance company cultures.  For five years, she taught leadership development, culture and communication skills to business leaders through University of Texas at Dallas’ Corporate Education.  Ms. Robertson’s practice is based on the principle that leaders make the biggest difference in a company’s culture and performance.  

Kristin has achieved the Professional Certified Coach credential granted by the International Coach Federation and completed two masters degrees, one in music performance and the other in Organizational Development and Leadership.
