Group coaching typically brings together leaders from different functions to learn and grow together.  This builds a cross-functional cohort of mutual supporters in the organization.  Many cohorts stay together long after the formal coaching is ended.

Team and Group Coaching 

Group and team coaching are proven methods for developing high impact leaders and building a cohesive culture within an organization. Group coaching typically brings together leaders from different functions to learn and grow together, whereas team coaching works with an intact team, such as C-suite executives. Group and team coaching provide an environment in which participants are responsible for their own growth while being supported by a combination of individual coaching sessions, group coaching discussions with a circle of trusted colleagues, and peer coaching with other members of their cohort.
