​The International Coach Federation and Human Capital Institute found in their 2018 study that building a coaching culture in your organization propels both soft and hard dollar benefits. The research identified six elements that make up a coaching culture:

If an organization can say yes to at least five of the six elements, it is 61% more likely to have both improved talent outcomes like engagement surveys and internal promotions AND improved business outcomes such as shareholder value, profitability and customer satisfaction.
