About Kristin Robertson

Kristin Robertson, CEO of Brio Leadership, is the Happy Mondays Coach! She ensures that your employees love to come to work on Monday mornings. She is a certified company culture auditor, a certified executive coach, a speaker and group facilitator who works collaboratively with her clients to grow vibrant company cultures and improve the bottom line. She has worked with Hewlett-Packard, Southwest Airlines and 7-Eleven to improve their leadership cultures and operational processes.
Her clients include Salmon, Sims Thomas PCC, Rolland Safe & Lock, Your Pest Control Company, Susan B. Komen for the Cure, Schneider Electric, Aflac, Hewlett-Packard, 7-Eleven, Southwest Airlines, AT&T, Federal Emergency Management Agency and Texas Children’s Hospital. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Kristin held executive positions including Vice President of Client Services at Advent Software in Silicon Valley and director at Fidelity Investments, where she won the President’s Award in 1996.
In her work as an executive coach and organizational design consultant, she draws on wisdom from many theories and schools of thought, including personality assessments such as MyersBriggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and StrengthsFinders, 360 Communication (NVC), Organization & Relationship Systems, Spiral Dynamics, Leadership Agility, Emotional Intelligence, Emotional Brain Training and others. She accredited through International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and holds a certificate in Evidence-Based Coaching from Fielding Graduate University. Kristin is a trained spiritual director and provides direction at Texas Christian University’s Brite Divinity School as well as through her local church. She leads retreats-in-everyday-life following the Exercises of St. Ignatius in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. In 2015, she completed a second master's degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from Fielding Graduate University.
In 2016, Kristin convened the DFW Chapter of the Academy of Culture Ambassadors (www.academycultureambassadors.com), an organization dedicated to equipping leaders to build positive company culture. She serves on the board as Programs Chair for the North Texas Chapter of International Coach Federation. She is also the Convener and Programs chair of the Open Hearts support group at her church.
Kristin lives in Austin, Texas with her husband and Remy, her darling poodle. Her grown children help out with the business and also live in Austin.

About Eric

Eric R. Gordon is Kristin's social media manager who recently relocated to Austin, Texas. Eric is a graduate of Austin College in Sherman, TX and has a background in the pharmaceutical industry but is now looking to advance his career in the social media field. When Eric is not working for Brio Leadership, he is playing tennis and bocce ball, researching social media trends, and hiking with his dog on trails throughout Austin.
